At Shi-Foo Chinese Food we have created an extensive items in our Wheat Free / Gluten Free menu. As such we can not guarantee that our food is 100% free of Gluten as there are always the possibility of trace amounts crossing over from other kitchen areas and suppliers ingredients changing. Gluten Free Soy Sauce: Almost every Chinese dish are prepared with wheat flour soy sauce as the main ingredient. At Shi-Foo we use soy sauces that are Gluten Free to prepare our Gluten Free menu.
Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch: At Shi-Foo we use Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch as our thickening agent. It is also used as a light batter on our meats for the Gluten Free menu.
Rice Noodles: The noodle we use from our suppliers are Rice Noodles made from 100% rice flour. We have: Thin Rice Noodle cooked various ways for you to choose from.
Seasonings: The seasonings we select must be in its natural and purest form. As such we make sure the seasonings we use are free of Wheat Flour from our suppliers.
Sauce for Meats & Tofu

Garlic Sauce--Cooked dry style with our mix of gluten free seasoning and wok seared flavored veggies. White Sauce--Cooked in a semi-saucy sauce with corn / tapioca starch as thickening agent stir fried with celery, bell peppers and carrots. Black Bean Sauce--Cooked in our special mixed & prepared Black Beans and Gluten Free seasonings cooked in a savory-saucy sauce with bell peppers, carrots, and onions. Thai-Sweet Chili Sauce--Stir fried with onions in a home made Thai style sweet and spicy sauce mixed with corn / tapioca starch as a thickening agent and used as a light coating batter to allow the flavors seep-in onto the outer layer of the food so every bite is flavored. Curry Sauce--Cooked in real yellow Turmeric curry with other seasonings thickened with corn / tapioca starch cooked with onions, bell-pepper, carrots and jalapenos. Ginger n' Onion Sauce--Perfect complement for seafood dishes as this sauce is semi-saucy with a hint of ginger and a various mixed of seasonings to give food the perfect balance.

100% Rice Noodle Soup--The rice noodles comes with Chicken & Shrimp with mixed veggies in a light clear broth.
Vegetable Soup--Cooked with mixed vegetables Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Zucchini & Mushrooms with light clear broth.
Tofu Soup--Cooked with soft Tofu in a light clear broth with mixed vegetables.
Egg Flower Soup--Soup is made of clear broth thickened with corn/tapioca starch and seasoning adding mushrooms and using real eggs.
Hot & Sour Soup--Made with wheat free soy sauce and other seasonings to keep its flavor as authentic as possible.

Black Bean Sauce (semi-saucy): Cooked in our special mixed & prepared Black Beans and Gluten Free seasonings cooked in a savory-saucy sauce with bell peppers, carrots, and onions.
House Brown Sauce (semi-saucy): Wok seared garlic and our in-house prepared seasoned sauce cooked with various vegetables.
Garlic n' Soy Sauce (Dry style): A special blend of seasoning mixed with soy sauce wok seared with garlic, scallions and onions to bring out the flavor. Wok stir fry dry style not saucy.
